  This seller felt bad that a totally appropriate package arrived to me trashed with a “ we regret to inform you “ letter from USPS. Totally NOT their fault and insisted on a refund because a replacement was not available. If you’ve made it this far in the FEEDBACK, know this seller is fair and honest above and beyond!   Seller was very understanding and responsive. Shipping was prompt. Packaging was good. the product is functional and works well although there are some scratches and dents on the product despite being mentioned as new (other). Overall, satisfied with the product for the value.
