  Seller advertised 2 products, but I only received 1. Responded very quickly to my question, and explained it was a misunderstanding in the description! However, I am happy with the item that I did receive, as it was reasonably priced. Postage was reasonable, and packaged well.

  Reason for not 5 all the way is this is advertised as hydraluxe but proluxe was received. Seller responded very quickly to my query but were unable to send correct item so instead refunded item with no need to return! A++ seller! Very helpful.

  Communication with this sellers was exceptionally good. I had a query about my item on arrival, the seller was quick to respond. A small problem was resolved without any fuss or delay.
