    Item as described and arrived quicker than I expected. Communication from seller could be better though. Seller hasn't bothered to reply to my 1 sentence question about postage so any communication would be an improvement. 2nd time purchasing, undecided if I'll use this seller again as it's not ideal to be completely ignored!

    Beautiful pastel pencils, arrived safely boxed so that they would not be damaged in transit as they are so delicate. The delivery was very quick and the communication was second to none. I will definitely be buying of this this company again.

    Having used this seller many times before, I was not at all surprised when my package arrived super fast and very well packaged, protecting the delicate paper.
