After communication with the retailer it seemed that I needed to download. I've been around a long time doing ebay but this time I was a bit confused. Anyway, they sent the pdf file to my email. I guess they assumed I would understand the information on how to receive the file. I think communication needs to be clarified. Just tell people it's a pdf download that will be released y
