  The item that I received was not the item that was listed. It came in the correct box and casing with the wrong item inside of it. Contacted the buyer, asked for the correct item or a partial refund. Buy said they would check their inventory for the correct item which I asked for as well. After discussing a partial refund or the correct item the seller has stopped responding. I saw a similar comment in the feedback after making this purchase.

  Arrived with a glitchy screen and it turns off every time I try and take a photo. It also didn't come with the camera bag it promised. The Seller was extremely dismissive and then ghosted me.

  Seller sent the wrong product and refused to take it back. Sent a Bosch monitor and advertised a Interlogix monitor with way higher value. Refused our return request. BAIT AND SWITCH

  This buyer left negative back with some thing he didn't bought from me, We send him a message that he didn't bought this and we ask him to remove the negative feedback but no respond
