  Our experience with seller was amazing. He sent a email day before tell us that our merchandise would be delivered next day. The next day, delivery drivers were running behind and he notified me with a text message that they were running a little behind. When we received merchandise it was packed and wrapped in excellent condition. We have not opened the huge 7 ft box because it is a Christmas present for my grandson. But everything was wonderful and I would recommend the seller to anyone.

  These are the right size -- but arrived in a box 3-4x too big and were crushed top and bottom. I reached out to the seller. Their replies didn't sync up with my concerns. For example, I asked if this was a fluke or if they're all castoffs. I got no answer to that. They did ultimately offer a return ... though it's a 3-pack and I needed a filter so I used the least damaged one.
