Product itself was just as I expected, and arrived well-packed and undamaged. I had previously bought this item brand new in park and was heartbroken when it fell from a cabinet and broken. I was very happy to find it for sell here for a very good price. I will hopefully get to enjoy it for years to come. Thank you!

Packing was safe & secure which was a good thing because the post office did try to bash in one upper corner and edge of the shipping box. The box withstood the crushing with only some ripples and bending. I would buy from this seller again! A+
