  Item rec'd. Seller was prompt to ship. The items were as pictured. Packing was safe & secure which was a good thing because the post office did try to bash in one upper corner and edge of the shipping box. The box withstood the crushing with only some ripples and bending. I would buy from this seller again! A+

  Item delivered a couple of days after estimated arrival date, but seller was great about communicating that to me prior to it being late. Product itself was just as I expected, and arrived well-packed and undamaged. I had previously bought this item brand new in park and was heartbroken when it fell from a cabinet and broken. I was very happy to find it for sell here for a very good price. I will hopefully get to enjoy it for years to come. Thank you!

  Box was not factory sealed; one plastic bag with parts had been opened and resealed with tape. Otherwise, all parts were accounted for and in good condition. No missing or broken parts. Decals and PE fret was in good condition. Item was well packed. Arrived on time as advertised. All in all, not a bad experience, but a little pricey

  Hello. I am sorry you were expecting a factory sealed box. The pictures clearly show the parts out of the box and not a sealed box. I cannot address the pricey comment as you got exactly what you paid for. I have about 100 other Models that I will be listing and I would be happy to discount any other purchase you make with me. I do appreciate your feedback and try to be more clear on future listings. Brad
