  The item arrived as described in original packaging all sealed up. The unit was found in perfect condition with all the parts required to get it operational. Once again this package was virtually overnighted and the courier company is very good at their job, notifications were always on time and the item arrived when they said it would. Fabulous Seller on E-bay Will definitely Purchase more from these people. AAAA+

  The Vevor Camping Lantern I purchased was sent out for delivery the same day I ordered, so a very quick response. The item was packaged very well with an Instruction Guide included and arrived in excellent condition, on the date promised. I am very pleased with this product. It was exactly as shown in the photograph provided by the Seller and I appreciated the information listed with it to help me make my decision to purchase it. I believe it is very good value for money.

  The tow strap seems to be a sturdy item and it came neatly coiled and packaged. The seller’s communication was prompt and politely helpful when I contacted them about delivery. As usually happens with them Aramex leaves much to be desired as a courier however, as they did not update their tracking information. After contact with Aramex they told me they were still waiting on the item from the seller, but then delivered it the next day.

  Excellent Seller I can recommend. Prompt Postage, item as described, Seller promptly rectified a Tracking issue with the delivery. I had an initial problem with no Tracking information online. Item had been collected, but scanning must have been missed, so no tracking information was available. When I lodged an Item not received with eBay, Seller responded by immediately processing a Credit Refund to me. Item then arrived next day, and I contacted them to send me a new Invoice to repay them.

  Purchased the 5 tier foldable shelving system, it was delivered by courier a little slower than usual, however the courier company did notify of this issue. Unfortunately the shelves were damaged on opening tge oackaing. The seller was very responsive with open communication with a solution to the issue. Great company to deal with.
