    Item received promptly in condition described, I'm happy with this transaction. My parts manual listed two belts and based on this info, I thought I ordered the correct belt which was sent to me. I found out that the belt I ordered was too small. I messaged the seller and they researched and told me the correct belt that I needed. I ordered the new belt and it fit perfectly. Outstanding customer service on their part. If I need any more belts for my power tools, I will contact this company first

    Couldn't ask for a better transaction. Ordered the band saw replacement on the afternoon of Thursday the12th, got notification it shipped the same day. Arrived on Monday the 16th. Can't beat that for service. When the time comes that I need to find a replacement belt for one of my tools, Band Saw Tire Warehouse will be the first place I contact. I highly recommend this seller.

    The seller was great. The first order got mixed up at eBay hub and I received the wrong item. I was reimbursed for the item and shipping costs and had to reorder. The screw up ended up costing me the duty and taxes again as these weren’t reimbursed on the first order and the process is way too convoluted to try and communicate with someone in eBay to get these costs back. I don’t plan to order anything more through eBay for this reason.

    i received these thrust bearings today, as ordered. HOWEVER, the parcel was identified as bandsaw tires, which these are not! I did order bandsaw tires on a separate order, and they are not here yet, however eBay has now marked that tire order as delivered, which it is not. eBay also shows the thrust bearings as not delivered yet, which they were. Time fir some new personnel in your export department.

    I ordered the wrong tire and emailed the company about my mistake and received the correct tire two days later. Excellent service.
