  I appreciate the seller was honest and showed integrity. As somehow the lock was unusable after shipping. They followed through with a refund and timely communication. They showed complete transparency and honesty through the setback. I understand this was not their fault in anyway.

  The air matress I bought was advertised as new in the box. It arrived inside of another box and was packaged well. The original box had been ripped a little, but was intact enough to verify without a doubt that it had not been previously opened. I am sure this was why I got this for much less than retail. There was no damage to the matress inside the box and I even got a nice thank you note. No.....thank you for making this available to me!
