  Beautiful item, exactly as described. Well packaged. Seller communication was good. He shipped quickly. But customs was problematic. I can’t fault the seller though. Did receive my item (a little later than expected) but it was worth it.

  The pedant was undersize. At first the seller ignored my main concern, then he thanked me for bringing it to his attention, and said he corrected the "typo". When I pursued the matter, he finally asked: "How can I make it up to you my friend?" When I suggested a partial refund of a certain amount (a small fraction of the total), he wanted me to accept 50% of the amount I mentioned and told me: "It will help me at least break-even and not be at a total loss." He refunded the amount I suggested.
