  Due to circumstances beyond the seller's control, my first order was lost. However, the seller showed genuine concern and kept the communication going, sometimes working late into the early AM, to show me that he genuinely cared about my situation. When I placed a replacement order, he had it out the door immediately, and as a result, the package will now arrive 4 days ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again!

  I did not receive the item. I cancelled before the order shipped. The seller did a great job in cancelling my order quickly and cleanly. The reason I cancelled was because I felt I initially misread the listing and assumed it was something it's not. (That's on me.) GREAT SELLER!!! 5 STARS!!!

  Okay seller. Seller's online inventory showed 3 bags left in 70 liter size in a color I didn't really want, but I ordered what I could get. A few days later seller notified me that they didn't have it in stock and to pick another color. So I did and a few days later they finally shipped. Waited so long I tried to cancel so I could buy elsewhere but I couldn't. When the three bags finally arrived they were the correct size and color. Ordered from New Jersey 8/21, ship to Colorado 8/30. Rec. 9-2.
