  Buying skincare products on any online marketplace, it's a huge gamble. The items arrived without a protective seal from the manufacturer and the solution inside looked & smelled like the seller replaced the original product with vegetable oil. They did, however, issue a refund and a shipping label to send back without asking any further questions. But, that just goes to validate my intuition that it was NOT "authentic product" as described. And the seller takes forever to respond to messages.

  Hi there, I understand your concern, but I was able to resolve the issue immediately by providing a full refund with a free return for you as a customer. That's always the best solution for both sides.If you do your research you will find out that neither of their products comes with a protective seal or similar. There are many physical stores that have the brand and you can check that first hand. Hope you have a great day!
