A gentlemen, John I believe, walked me through a simple process of pushing in the ram chips which became slightly loose during shipping. The product was packaged with great care, so it wasn't a packaging issue. My new rig started right up afterwards and is running like a champ! Thank you BA Gaming Rigs! These guys are GREAT EBAYERS!

Im lucky it was not dropped by the post office or it probably would've arrived broken
