  Seller slapped the shipping label the thin cardboard box provided by the original company and item arrived with a broken side window. Was able to fix on own terms. Don’t be a lazy seller and properly secure items in a correct shipping box.

  This buyer never reached out to me and made me aware of what happened during transit. Item was in mint condition when it left my hands, I securely packaged the item in the box (like I do all my items). I have been using those boxes for years & NEVER had an issue with the other 10,000 items I shipped in them, until apparently now. But again, buyer never sent me pictures of the supposed damage, nor did they reach out to me.
