  Thls company is 110%. I ordered a regulator for a gy6 engine and sliders and 1500lb spring. I received the package and I guess I was excited bout getting the spring and sliders I never looked deep in the packaging. I assumed it was mail out later I called and told them and he said he remembered it being in the package but I told him It wasn't he mailed out a brand new one free of charge.Awesome I eventually found it and im mailing the other back.

  Item as described! USPS lost the item so item didn't arrive on time . I contacted seller and they immediately sent out a new set which arrived super quick! Thank you for a good transaction!

  Ass described. Shipped out right away. Took a lot longer to arrive than it should have, about a week and a half behind, but it was 100% usps at fault. Over all good service and tool.
