  Seller only sent part of the order, they did not send the rope, they did not send the caribineer, the magnet that arrived was very small. Seller refused to resolve the issue. Do not buy from this trader.

  avoid buying this product, advertised as personalised bauble. i ordered two and provided the names to print on them, I received 5 blank ones. i contacted the seller and their reply was for me to write the names on myself. very dissapointing. i''ll just keep what was sent ( can't be bothered to send them back or ask for refund ) and chalk it up to experience : (
