  I ordered this two-piece cap they sent me one of the wrong one but to their credit I messaged them and told them you sent me the wrong one and you only sent me one and they quickly sent me two of the correct ones I got them in the mail that week so kudos to the customer service great job I know mistakes happen sometimes

  All good with this seller. Item came 2 days earlier than mentioned and item looked great. I sent a message not expecting a reply for a day or two, but surprisingly received a response within 15 minutes! Plus free shipping, how could you go wrong.

  Duct tubes seem to be of great quality. New condition as listed. Great low price. Would do business with seller again. Only issue I had was shipping due to shipment company. Notified seller of issue and I do not hold that against the seller. USPS needs to do better
