    The item arrived more quickly than I expected which is always a nice surprise. The packaging was good, although the box was slightly damaged on one corner, but the contents were fine. The seller actually sent me a follow-up thank you message which has never happened from any other Ebay seller on other purchases that I've made, including high value purchases. It was a good experience, and I'd purchase again from them.

    Item was exactly as described, arrived in a timely manner, seller was very courteous in all communications. I greatly appreciated the messages letting me know they had my order and the stages they were at in shipping it out. Not necessary at all, but it was sure nice to know that they not only had my order, but were ontop of getting it out. Without a question, I will definitely buy from them again in the future!

    The price point for the smartsensors beat all other sellers. Unopened new box. Very pleased. Aleksandra/techpro_1 messaged me after the order, when the product was being shipped, and after to see how I liked the product and service. These interactions went above and beyond any experience in ordering a product on Ebay, that I have ever had. Definitely exceeding my expectations. Other vendors should take lessons from Aleksandra.
