  Still haven't received item. Ad stated initials on front and message inside. Seller contacted me after I approved engraving requesting more money for the engraving. I don't know what I'm actually going to get, because the delivery date keeps changing. If I don't get in in 2 days, I don't need it anymore for our anniversary will be over!

  We receive negative feedback due to misunderstandings caused by customers. Your order included front initials only, but the personalization note had both front and inside text. Inside engraving is a clearly separate option in the listing. We contacted you to confirm before proceeding. Additional cost only applied if both engravings were selected. Shipping depends on the carrier and your location. No note was included about a deadline or specific delivery date in your order.

  I paid and he confirmed my business card that day. Four days later I get an email from him to "confirm my address". So he waited four extra days to send to the exact email that was in my payment. Wasted my time and a weak excuse in my opinion.

  This is my second time ordering. This time it took my cards longer than usual. Communication was great from the seller. I finally received my cards today very happy.
