    shipping was awesome The condition of the camera was good The value and the appearance was also good. Customer service and communications was phenomenal. My only complaint was the quality not in the camera but in the software for the app. this is no fault of this seller and I would buy from this seller again if I could figure out how to make the software work. again this is not a seller issue this seller has been a true asset to eBay and very kind to me. couldn't ask for better

    I received the item but somehow defective and tried to return it. I waited 5 days for the return shipping label that did not come. I got the refund with a message "your return was completed and you have been refunded". I checked my ccard account and indeed I got a refund. I will buy from this seller again.

    The seller is excellent. They give a free tooth brush with the order. It's not clear unless you read the entire listing, and their tracking number that they send is for the toothbrush and not the door knob. This can lead to a misunderstanding, as it did with me. The communication about this while e-mailing was excellent, and cleared the problem.
