  sent wrong item and then i had no communication with seller. after 5 days I just requested return via Ebay, and received refund. It's a shame as the return postage was definitely more than the tiny dressmaking pins were worth. and I had to waste time packaging back up and going to post office. would have been better for both of us if communication had been better.

  Dreadful seller! Accidentally ordered from them a second time (the first time they didn’t send my items) and tried to cancel when I realised it was the same useless seller. They refused to cancel and still haven’t sent my order. No communication from them on either occasion.
