  Ordered Maraflex and got polyester thread. Sent back using 1st class post. Because I didn’t use tracking I didn’t receive the goods, postage or a refund. Seller went away for two weeks so I had to wait and then she said she was looking into it but it has been a week and she hasn’t got back to me although I have contacted her on several occasions. Beware and do not make same mistake as me because it has cost me approximately £18 out of pocket

  Awful service. Have contacted the seller on multiple occasions to say part of my order hasn’t arrived. They sent half of the order on a tracked service with tracking provided. The other 1st class and it’s nowhere to be seen. Countless messages and they are just ignoring me
