  Realised afte an hour that i had ordered teh wrong item, contacted suppier but had already been despatched. suggested i decline the package, or if not able to, start a return. arrived on the second day, very good, while out, but started the return immediately I got back, and sent it out the next day. full refund recieved 2 ays later. Exceptional service, and although the wrong item was ordered and I didnt open the pack it seemed to be all there and in good condition. well done

  Great E Bayer 100% recommended. Placed ordered with seller which was dispatched. My purchased was either destroyed or opened and stolen by a post office employee. And I received an empty package within in a post office plastic bag. I informed this great seller who within 24 hours sent out and I received replacement purchase. Many thanks guys for great communication and your service.

  Part delivered quickly and well packed. Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, i had a small problem so sent them a message to which they replied within the hour, subsequent discussions were quick and very helpful. Problem totally resolved. I have been very pleased with both the part and the service. You really don't get service like this very often these days. I would definitely buy from them again.

  Unfortunately the item sent was incorrect but I have to say the service I received from the seller was excellent. On contacting them they arranged to send the correct parts straight away, before I had returned the original parts. They even offered to pay for the return postage. An outstanding service,rare these days, and now my first go to place for spares in future.

  I ordered this part expecting it to be delivered in a few days, it actually arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered and paid for it. Fantastic service, quality part, well packaged, best value on ebay, no complaints from me as it meant the bike has only been off the road overnight. 5**** from me and thank you.
