  Never shipped the product and tracking was never provided with poor communication. After 1 week to 10 days asking for tracking they just cancelled the order. I guess they got tired of daling with me :)

  Crook alert. I purchased from this seller dec.12 and there policy was usually ships within 3 days. As I watched for tracking worrying that it won’t be here by Christmas which it was guaranteed to be. After reminding them several time it was finally shipped 10days after purchase. So it didn’t come and the worst part is I paid 133 bucks for it and by this time they lowered the price to 88 bucks which is the trending price. No compensation, refund, no item. Since 2008 I have left only 3 neg.

  Do not buy from this seller. Waited 2 weeks for the item to be delivered which came from Amazon and the remote on it did not work. Called Amazon and they could only refund me $12.99 because that is what the item sold for. I was charged double that amount and consider this a really nice profit.. The seller states that after you order they ship within 3 days. That is not true. I ordered November 27, 2024 and received December 7, 2024. There is more but words are limited.
