  Item took over a month to get to me. When I tracked the item and then contacted the seller, they said they would help but did almost nothing till I put in a claim with Ebay. 3 days later = surprise surprise - it quickly arrived!!! Item itself is Ok, what I wanted and seems fit for purpose [I haven't actually fitted yet]. Maybe the seller needs to find a different freight method or company?

  Asked for a refund, spent half the price to send back the package in perfect condition. Proceeds to tell me there was scratches however when I asked for proof they couldn’t show me. Said they would issue a full refund as I was unhappy with the product but after returning I only received just over half. Just about what I paid to ship back to them. Terrible customer service would not recommend this seller to anyone.

  Product is of good quality and value for money. Was a little disappointed with communication though. I messaged the seller after the package not arriving. It was than that the seller told me they had been waiting on stock and it would be shipped out that day. 11 days from purchase date. But only 3 days from the day the seller stated they'd would be sending it out. I do recommend the product, but would be nice for the seller to be more transparent about product times.

  Order arrived quickly, however I received the incorrect rear weather shields for my vehicle type I notified the buyer and they promptly sent a correct new set of rear weather shields that were a correct fit for my vehicle hassle free. A great overall customer experience.
