  Very top quality items, brand new worth the price but one thing only it didn’t get delivered to me, UPS make a choice if they want to deliver to the customer or not and so I had to collect it from a collection point, which I didn’t know it was there for about 3 days after with no notification to say I need to collect it from wherever. No issues towards the sender just the courier only.

  Delivered timely and reasonably packaged. Appeared to be a new item new but was not in a Lutron branded box, and that was not made clear in ebay sales page and description.

  Wrapped in plastic with small-cell bubble wrap, instead of a cardboard tube, but fortunately not seriously bent. Seller swiftly resolved issue when originally not dispatched on time.

  Item is very good and well packaged and quickly delivered. Came in 2 deliveries which was explained so no surprises. Good seller.
