  I had previously owned an Arai Ram-X and needed another. Seller answered my questions quickly. Helmet received was as described and fit perfectly. Helmet came with the storage bag and fog resistant lens. It did not arrive in original box, but was securely packaged and shipped with no damage. Price was as expected for a returned item. Item arrived within a week. Very pleased with this seller and glad I was able to find another Arai Ram-X helmet.

  the klock werks harley softail used windshield that I bought through e bay was packaged well and was sent to me in a timely maner the e bay seller described the windshield and pointed out the imperfections with good pictures ! when I received the windshield it was in better condition then I thought it would be in , and the e bay seller had the windshield priced right and even sent it to me the e bay buyer with free shipping , you can not beat that !! I would buy from this E BAY seller again ! !

  Seller shipped quickly. I thought the speakers were not working right, but it turned out that I possibly installed them wrong in some way. I requested to return the item and they immediately responded (around 11pm). After discussing my issue they initiated a return within the same hour after a few messages back and forth. After removing it from my helmet and testing it I found that they were working at the same volume and that it was my mistake. I canceled the return. Good business.

  The seller was very honest and transparent throughout the communication. He informed me upfront that the item had been returned before, but assured me it was in perfect condition—which I really appreciated. I just received the package, and it was extremely well packed.
