  Due to a goof by the post office, my beautiful bag was delivered on time to the post office, but was lost for five days. After being very thorough at the local post office, I finally got my purse. The seller was very helpful standing beside me and assisting to do whatever we needed to do to initiate a refund or on the item. I would say that they are very ethical and moral and I love my beautiful purse. I could not be more happy. I absolutely recommend them and will buy again!!
