    Unfortunately the oud was very poorly packed using two old used light duty boxes held together with plastic wrap, with no padding. As a result it was very badly damaged in transit, broken head, broken neck and broken soundboard. Seller offered partial refund suggesting I use it as an ornament! I asked Ebay to step in and received a full refund as a result.
