  Great seller! Item described as "open box," but this is new in original factory packaging. Great value, and shipped incredibly fast at Christmas. Will definitely check this seller in the future for discontinued hardware.

  Great Seller. Great deal on like new (demo or dealer stock?) All in perfect condition and all work. Only issue is FedEx took over 3 weeks to deliver. Not sellers fault, but ... suggest seller use UPS or even the USPO. I will say the seller immediately replied when I asked about the slow delivery. All and all, I would buy from this seller again.

  I bought this and then my contractor only put them after almost 40 days, then we noticed a color diff. I contacted the seller well past the return window - and the seller immediately sent me another brand new one free of cost, without any Q, which matched perfectly. Shipping was quick in both ways and a great seller. Attaching a pic of a slight mismatch and replacement parts.
