  The item wasn't made, it took another 55 days to have one made, but only after ordering online and paying an additional $100. Customer Service didn't respond to my several requests by phone or email. Finally someone answered and the order was made. I asked why they didn't call me or answer my email requests, they said they just didn't have the material in-stock. It finally arrived, after 2 months and added cost. : (

  Quick shipping, had my item in 4 days. Item was exactly as described. I would have no problem purchasing from this seller again. 5 starts well deserved. Only draw back was that sent the seller a message a few days prior to purchasing and never received a response. They could work on their communication skills.

  Fast service and excellent quality product. Seller states that "DIY installation guide available by download or upon request" in product description. Seller did not respond to request for link to their installation instructions when contacted on ebay or through their website. Very disappointed by their lack of promised product technical support.
