  Item was exactly as shown and described. The seller shipped promptly. However, I was not very impressed that this heavy item, which is in a plastic case, was shipped using only a thin plastic wrapper. No box, no packing, no protection against damage in shipping. I expected better. My item arrived with all of the little parts scattered about inside the plastic case, but luckily it does not appear there was any damage. This kind of tool deserves to be properly shipped in a box with packing.

  Quality A+for the price. Condition was missing parts due to damage during shipping. +++ contacted company and they sent me a brand new unit and all I did was sent pictures of the damage. Great company 👌 I will definitely be going through there website before I order tools anywhere else. A very impressed customer 👏

  well packed .very fast shipping .very good communication...had to change fitting to fit nitto fitting..and small problem with gauge...they very kindly refunded...will deal with these people again as they are honourable
