  This merchant is “amazing”! Their customer service and follow through is exceptional. Original item got lost, they immediately sent another item. Through no fault of the merchant, the item didn’t work for my application. They immediately refunded the purchase price, I didn’t even have to request a refund.   this seller is great , altho I didn't receive my item they posted straight away , ( Shipped by AMEREX) never turned up , They refunded without a problem , Cant ask for more than that , Thats what happens over Christmas and new year o suppose , Anyhow went to the local rod shop got my part ,, all good .
