  After ordering the item, the seller quickly responded confirming the order and ship date/arrival date. I messaged the seller re: options to expedite the shipping. They immediately message back with the information-a detailed, thoughtful response. I found my timing didn't allow the wait so I needed to cancel the order. I cancelled the order and received almost immediate confirmation and refund. The seller is the most responsive and professional vendor with the best communication that I have used

  Overflow tank showed up damaged . Sent pictures of damaged tank, shipping box damage and shipping label over shipping box damage repair. Tank damaged before shipping. Seller refunded in full with out further questions or emails back and forth. I would bye from this seller again and would recommend them to others.

  Received damaged spindles due to improper packaging , the threads are all chewed up. I contacted seller and they offered me 10$ . I can’t repair the threads for 10 dollars so they sent me a return slip. What a pain in the butt
