Seller sent me a prepaid return label to send it back along with a photo showing the part that was missing. My problem was solved. I give the Seller a 5 star excellent rating.

I could not open a return unless you contacted the seller. Message the seller...no response so I was unable to return the Amazon items sent. I wish I had known the seller sells Amazon items since I'm a Prime member. I would have ordered it directly from Amazon, at least I would not have had any issue with returning the item, unlike this seller. Bad, bad seller:(
