  Thought I was buying upper bumper grill, turn 2B a Black grill strip. Ok then seller changed to Chrome w/o my approval. Upon receiving pkg, no strips inside... Just 2 key rings & a hand written note to contact seller. Got a refund by seller. eBay sent me an email:"How to return item", but seller doesn't want the key rings back (said it was my GIFT from him...lol). Seller lis still advertising: "Black Grill strips..Beware when dealing w/seller, cause you might get key rings!
