Initial order (3 towels) never received, so a ’not received’ case was raised. Later received 1 towel only. Immediately requested the missing 2 towels, but ebay made me open a ‘return + refund’ case, nothing from Seller, so ebay facilitated the return and a refund. If only Seller had corrected their mistake and immediately sent the missing 2 towels, everything would have been concluded happily.
