They gave me a full refund immediately including the postage. I oderd the correct one from them that arrived very quickly and fixed my fan problem. The communication is very good as well they responded to all my emails very quickly. The item itself looks as good as the original one. What’s more they were the cheapest on eBay. So all in all perfect service.

They came well packaged. I was well informed of every step, so that was pleasing. I have not tried them yet but do not anticipate any issues. All in all, delighted so far.
