  Refunded my payment very quickly which was great. Part didn t fit, but I was pleased with the prompt customer service and refund! 10/10. The seller had mistakenly listed the mud flaps as genuine , but they were not VW Group parts which is what genuine means, so I am sending them back. Great customer service, but the parts didn t fit. Anyway, full marks for customer service; thank you very much.
