  I sent photograph of defective unit. Seller confirmed item he was selling was correct. So I purchased. Item found to be wrong. Seller then says purchase another one (but in messaging calls it an exchange) please be careful that you order correct item, if unsure avoid. The seller is rude and a liar.

  It is your car and was your responsibility to make sure do you buying right actuator .I have sent what you paid for also I didn't ask you to buy another one just sent link for correct same number actuator .

  Good postal service but not next day ordered Monday am and received Wednesday pm seller dispatched quickly so not they’re fault. one of the connectors leaked and would not stay in the injector had replace it with one off my old pipe didn’t have time to contact seller and return again not they’re fault really.

  it arrived well packaged and in time. The return was dealt with efficiently and in a satisfactory manner after I had ordered the item in error. Apologies and thanks at the same time.
