  The part was as described. Had a shipping issue at NO FAULT OF THE SELLER . It was all on the USPS . The seller shipped my package the same day that I ordered it . The package was in Birmingham Alabama Sept 11 and then it disappeared… I contacted the the seller and the seller went above and a beyond to help .. I got the package yesterday Sept 19th. I gave a low shipping score on the USPS tracking and delivery was 7 days late .. I will buy from this seller again. Sometimes stuff happens.

  The item was exactly the same as the one I had, but that didn't fix my issue, no fault of the seller. But the seller was insistant that he didn't sell to po boxes. Si I had to put on my fiscal address address along with box___ because the post office want deliver things to my box without the # on it. I don't see the issue with shipping to a PO box. What difference does it make as long as he/she gets paid. it arrived right on time as said.

  They delivered damaged bearings and broken rings. After a few days of discussion with the seller they offered to send me the bearings but the rings said I had to buy them myself. I highly do not recommend this seller. The packaging is terrible, no protective materials, just cardboard. How can you think of putting the crankshaft together with the rings and bearings.   Received this Carburetor for my B&S Engine Model 31C707. Package arrived Undamaged. Carburetor Brand New as Listed. Unfortunately, it was Defective. It started Flooding Fuel as soon as I attached the fuel line. I finished the installation hoping the flooding would stop. Started the engine. It ran rough, continued stalling & flooding. I contacted the Seller with Photos of the Flooding Issue. Seller Promptly Issue a Refund. Left Positive Feedback; Manufacturing Deflect. Seller Not at Fault!

  I'm not happy with this seller and it's been a very big inconvince for me not getting the right parts. I ordered 2 front left and right air shocks that I payed for and had my mechanic on standby so when they came in all he had to do was take the old ones off and put the new ones on. only one box came in the mail. i thought both shocks would be in that box . What the seller sent me was 1 back passenger side shock .how do I go about getting a return label and my money back.
