  I had an issue with FedEx delivery. These guys didn’t handle the package well, and the box came broken. The item had a scratch. The seller offered options where we both were able to come to an agreement. I am satisfied with the seller.

  Order additional by mistake, vendor reached out to correct. I was not paying attention and missed message. My bad. I was on the hook for return shipping which was 89% of the value of the item. Difference reimbursed in a timely fashion. I posted neutral rating because of shipping cost. Otherwise a very diligent vendor. Would do business again.
