  delivered as advertised and as expected. my only question here would be - why list is as “make offer” and refuse every offer made even when it’s an offer recommended by Ebay? That would have saved a few days back and forth.

  Product was as described. Package was delivered with end torn open but seems everything was there. Shipping update was very slow and stayed at several locations too many days. Vendor may want to reconsider a different shipment method.
