  Sellers are very responsive and item is as described; there was a shipping delay that was not sellers fault, but they offered a price discount as a gesture for the brief delay. I appreciated they dealt with the problem instead of ignoring it - good customer service!

  This seller has AMAZING customer service. I 1st ordered the Small diapers according 2 their instructions. Unfortunately they were 2 small. When I contacted them they offered 2 send me the Large size, so I could try them out; but they were also 2 small. 🫤 The seller was VERY kind & offered 2 pay the return shipping, (4 both packages. Even tho that is not their normal policy. If I would definitely buy from them again. 🙂
