    The item was received in exact condition as pictured and described. Fast shipping, expertly packed, and good value. Seller communication was excellent and professional. This is OEM and matches the original perfectly in both design and function. It was exceptionally clean right out of the box. No issues at all—works exactly as expected.     Overall positive. Item is as described. OEM BMW product in original sealed packaging. Product works great. But really slow shipping. Arrived almost 10 days later than original estimate. Shipping label created same day as order but then product didn’t move/ update for over 10 days. Thank goodness wasn’t something I needed in a rush. Would still do business again.
