While I'd been selling on ebay occasionally for years, we ramped things up during the pandemic. Being in the dj business for nearly 40 years we suddenly had no weddings or parties to provide our dj entertainment services. So we brainstormed and decided to ramp up our selling on Ebay, needless to say our ebay store was a lifesaver. .     Seller responded explaining his late reply was due to a personal family matter. He shared that no damage was present during packaging, but still apologized for the condition it arrived in. He asked me how he could make things right. I asked if he would agree to a partial refund as the item is hard to find. He quickly issued a partial refund. I would definitely do business with this seller again as he rectified the situation. I have revised my review due to his great customer service!

    Shipping was as expected because of the holiday. The packaging was excellent (original box, styrofoam and packing box). The penguin was in original box and looked new so it was as described. Over all, it was a great value! I would definitely purchase from this seller again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    The item arrived as described. The item was in great shape as shown in the listing. I thought it was a good value. I’m not a fan of the high cost to ship, but shipping costs are what they are and nothing I can do about it. The item arrived in great shape, which surprised me by the packaging. The eBay tape was cut in various areas but I didn’t notice any issues with the item. The only packing was newspaper. The rack box is heavy but no issues found.

    All items were a fair market value and received as described and pictured, packaged great and shipped quickly. Through no fault of this seller, USPS still ripping off its customers however.
