      The item worked when it got here. It was not packaged well and got damaged in transit before it ever was delivered and they automatically reordered it. When it finally got here, it was loose inside a simple plastic bag outside of it's box which was crushed. It was very likely that the USPS was responsible for abusing it along the way, but it definitely should have been packaged better to avoid being damaged. The item worked, and was in new condition as described

      Item listed was not for a Silverado. Seller made good by refunding item, sent shipping label. Honest seller, simple mistake on item compatibility.

      Order came extremely fast and looked as well as functions as stated unfortunately did not fix the issue that I was having but 1 more thing eliminated on to the next. Good quality, great price and speedy shipment. Definitely recommend these guys. Thumbs up.

      Product was not a fit as stated. I even asked them to please verify fit when I placed the order. When replacing, the wiring was 9 inch shorter than the original. Replacement is for a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sport 2 door. Contacted seller and they wanted a pic of the original part and the vin # of the vehicle, which I sent. Then stated to return the part so they could investigate. Not going to, this is turning into too much of a hassle. Wouldn't recommend this seller.

      Reasonable shipping speed. Fast communication. Unfortunately master switch received did not seem to fully function with my car and returned part for refund. Great Seller.

      *Please Read All. Price was fair and quality is good. Shipping was even fast. Seller's description was accurate but the eBay fit algorithm were wrong. Unfortunately the part didn't fit my car due to difference between Japanese and American versions of connector. Seller was awesome and did a great job but all buyers verify in seller's description and do not rely on eBay fit algorithm. (Part purchased is on the right with gray port)
