  Arrived in a courier damaged box but seller kindly discounted. Arrived in ‘seconds’ condition due to damage. Feels nice quality and good value but haven’t yet used the item as intended yet. Hopefully the batteries last and provide good performance.

  I have not received my item and had no response from the seller, they messaged me to say it was out of stock and to order another from a link provided which did not open, they sent a package with a sponge polishing pad not the machine which I ordered

  Got what I didn’t purchase. Ordered as listing said polisher with 5ah batteries. A lot more expensive compared to 4ah batteries. But I guess just send what they have and not the 5ah as purchased. So will return to seller. Such an inconvenience. Not very good experience with seller especially I have asked few times whether the listing is for 5ah batteries
