  Item arrived well packaged and on time. installed the item as required. Unfortunately, I got a defective item, not the sellers fault but a manufacturer problem. I reached out to the seller, we tried to remedy the issue but couldn't. The seller had no problem communicating with me and trying to resolve my issue. When the item didn't work the seller did not hesitate to offer a full refund. I will be buying from them again.

  After Fed Ex losing my package, the seller was very responsive with multiple options and sending out new shocks I had them within a few days, look to be of good quality. Excellent seller.

  Very good contact back to you. Part was a perfect fit and went on very nicely. It worked great. Only part that was a little issue but it was alright after talking with them about it. It was the shipping with the usps mail they dont know how to update you correctly on tracking and they like to make it be the next day or 2 after the delivery date that it states to be delivered. But other then that everything was extremely great.

  The spindle was as described but the shipping box was torn with big holes in it. It was a wonder the spindle was still in the box.
